Mr. Netherway is a mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He is the CEO of Shield Mining, an Australian listed company focused on Mauritania. Prior to this, Mr. Netherway served as the CEO of Toronto listed Afcan Mining Corporation, a China focused gold mining company. Mr. Netherway is a mine developer and operator who was involved in the construction and development of the Iduapriem, Siguiri and Kiniero gold mines in West Africa and has mining experience which includes Australia, India, Nepal, Oman and Malaysia.

Mr. Netherway has also held senior management positions in a number of mining companies, including Golden Shamrock Mines, Ashanti Goldfields and Semafo. He is currently a director of Orezone Resources, KazakhGold Group, GMA Resources, Resources Exploit inc and African Aura Resources.

Mr. Poulton founded Ridgeway Energy in 2007 and is a founding director of African Aura Resources. He holds an honours degree in Geology from the University of Southampton (1997) and a Master's degree in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines (1998). He is a non-executive director of Stellar Diamonds Ltd, a subsidiary of AIM and TSX-V listed Mano River Resources Inc. where he was an independent director until December 2007 having previously worked for that company from 1998 to 2005. Mr Poulton is the former CEO of AIM listed Ariana Resources plc, a company he co-founded in 2002. In 2007 Mr. Poulton co-founded Altus Strategies Ltd. a UK-based resource investment company where he is the CEO.

He is a fellow of the Geological Society of London, a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and a member of the Association of Mining Analysts.

John Gray has over 18 years experience in mineral exploration having worked as a project and senior geologist primarily in gold, copper and PGM exploration with both major international mining and junior exploration companies, including Homestake, Noranda and Axmin. His experience includes exploration and project management within Archaean greenstone through Tertiary epithermal terrenes in Canada, South America, the Balkans, northern Europe and sub Saharan Africa. John is currently CEO of African Aura Resources, a gold exploration company operating in Liberia and Cameroon.

He is a Fellow of The Geological Society of London, and a member of the Association of Mining Analysts.
