| | | Steven Poulton Msc MCSM FGS Position: Chief Executive Officer
Steven Poulton graduated with an honors degree from the University of Southampton in Geology. He then completed a master's degree at Camborne School of Mines in Mining Geology. Steven is a non executive director of AIM and TSX-V listed Mano River Resources and its diamond subsidiary Stellar Diamonds, having previously worked as Operations Manager and VP Corporate Development. Steven is a non executive director and founder of African Aura Resources and the Chief Executive and founder of Altus Strategies Ltd. Previously Steven was a co-founder and former CEO of Ariana Resources. He has a track record in the exploration sector in raising early stage venture capital, negotiating corporate transactions and building strong management teams.
Steven is a fellow of the Geological Society, a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and a member of the UK Association of Mining Analysts.

Val Jones has a wealth of experience in administration and project management. Prior to joining African Aura, Val held a senior position at Mars Electronics Ltd with responsibility for HR, Accounts and Project Management. Val subsequently gained valuable experience in the resource sector, working as Office Manager for AIM listed Ariana Resources plc. Val also presently fulfils the Finance and Administration Manager role for African Aura Resources Ltd and Altus Strategies Ltd

| | | Dr Velizar Strumberger Position: Chief Geologist
Dr Strumberger holds an MSc and PhD in Geology. He has over 35 years experience in the minerals sector including more than 20 years in uranium. He is a former director of the Geoinstitute in Serbia and has over ten years of experience in uranium exploration, gained while working for the International Atomic Energy Agency. During his career he has undertaken projects in Serbia, Tanzania, Madagascar, DRC, Slovenia, Columbia, Libya Syria, Turkey, Thailand and South Korea.

| | | Dr Emmanuel Suh Position: Senior Consulting Uranium Geologist
Emmanuel is an Associate Professor for the Department of Geology and Environmental Science at University of Buea, Cameroon, and is the author of numerous internationally published papers. In 1997, Emmanuel gained a Ph.D in Applied Geology researching uranium mineralization and exploration techniques in Nigeria. Since returning to Cameroon in 1998, he has provided his experience as a consultant to a number exploration projects, principally for gold and uranium.

Nzume graduated with a Geology degree from the University of Buea in 2004. Prior to joining Ridgeway, Nzume worked as a project geologist in the east of Cameroon where he gained experience in grassroots gold exploration.

Brunot has many years experience of accountancy in Cameroon. As well as being the company's in house accountant based in the Yaounde office, Brunot is also the company's office manager.. Brunot is the accountant and office manager for Ridgeway's parent Company African Aura Resources Ltd.
