Improving access to remote areas through repairing poorly maintained bridges, often impassable other than on foot, allows our programmes to advance whilst also improving communication links. At new prospects, entry-level field staff are recruited locally and provided with training in reconnaissance exploration techniques and associated field tools, such as GPS devices. At our more advanced projects, the company contributes on an informal basis to the education and general well-being of the community.
